If your perfume arrives broken or damaged, you are eligible for a full refund — no questions asked. Just message us within 7 days of receiving your order, along with a photo/video of the damaged product, and we'll process your refund right away.

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method or via bank transfer/JazzCash, depending on how the order was paid. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
Since perfumes are a hygiene-sensitive product, we only offer refunds/replacements for items that arrive broken, leaking, or physically damaged. Change-of-mind returns after the seal is opened are not eligible.

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Delays caused by courier services are beyond our control, though we'll always assist in tracking your order.
